SUMMARY:$750 Scholarship Opportunity at The Harvard Club
DESCRIPTION:One To World’s Conversations with World Leaders program is a series of face-to-face meetings with CEOs\, philanthropists\, civic leaders\, and other influential New Yorkers. They wish to engage Fulbright students in an exchange of ideas and life stories. \n  \nWe invite interested students to meet Nitzia Logothetis\, Founder of the Seleni Institute. \n  \nNitzia Logothetis\, MSc\, MA\, LMHC\, is a licensed psychotherapist and co-founder of the Seleni Institute\, a nonprofit organization and independent clinic founded in 2011 to support the mental and emotional well-being of individuals and families throughout the family-building journey. In addition to co-founding Seleni\, she has served in several leadership and clinical roles\, including Executive Director\, Clinical Director\, and practicing psychotherapist. After stepping down as Clinical Director in October 2023\, Nitzia continues to support the organization as Chair of its Board of Directors\, helping guide its mission to expand access to high-quality mental health care during some of life’s most pivotal moments. \nNitzia is grounded in the belief that mental health is as essential as physical health and that meaningful support can change outcomes across generations. Her work reflects a long-held conviction\, embodied in the saying “treat a parent\, save a child.” To date\, Seleni has trained more than 7\,500 mental health professionals in 30 countries\, reached over 1.5 million people globally through education and advocacy\, and provided clinical care to more than 5\,000 patients. \nRaised in London by her Greek father and Panamanian mother\, Nitzia brings a global and culturally informed perspective to her work. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Brown University and a Master of Science in child development from the University of London. As an Honorary Associate Research Fellow at the Institute of Psychiatry in London\, she conducted research on neurological changes associated with autism and co-authored several academic papers. She later earned a Master of Arts in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from NYU Steinhardt.\nIn 2025\, Nitzia received an honorary doctorate from the Department of Early Childcare and Education at the University of West Attica in recognition of her contributions to women’s mental health and philanthropic work\, becoming one of the youngest women in Greece to receive this honor.\nA respected voice in women’s and family mental health\, Nitzia has delivered keynote addresses at the White House Council on Women and Girls\, the United States Capitol\, and at universities\, medical institutions\, and professional organizations around the world. \nPlease RSVP below. This is an application-based program. Only students accepted by email may RSVP. DO NOT SIGN UP UNLESS YOU RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM MARISA AS YOU WILL NOT BE ADMITTED TO THIS PROGRAM WITHOUT THAT CONFIRMATION EMAIL. \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n Username\n \n \n \n \n \n Password\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n *\n \n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n Remember Me\n \n       \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n     \n \n \n Forgot Password
