Hola! Join us for our first Cultural Cuisine meal of the academic year, as we take you to a delicious Cuban restaurant for some truly authentic dishes in Harlem! We've booked this dinner for the night after the U.S. presidential election, so it’s the perfect time to debrief and discuss American politics with fellow international students and scholars over a tasty meal!
This menu has been specifically designed for One To World guests. You will be able to choose a beverage, an entree, and a side from the list below. Our appetizers and dessert will be served family style.
*Guacamole & Platano Frito - fresh guacamole served with thinly sliced plantain chips

*Slow Roasted Pork Sandwich - slow cooked shredded pork on pressed Cuban bread

*Chicken Fricassee - chicken stew simmered in white wine and mixed vegetables

*Tres Leches Cake - a light sponge cake soaked in a mixture of evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream
