We are excited to bring you a free virtual session of Yoga Flow at Home! Leading the class is a friend of One To World, Janavi Dhyani (she/her), a 200-hour registered yoga instructor that has been teaching yoga asana, the physical practice of yoga, since 2014. She is Indian, and recognizes the sacred practice as a place she can come to meet herself and her ancestors. She hopes to authentically bring this practice to international students and scholars to help foster relaxation, strength, resilience, and connection.
All skill levels are welcome! Whether you are a beginner or a long-time yogi, you will enjoy this relaxing yet invigorating class. The yoga practice will be an hour long and the session will end with a space for open Q&A about yoga or the asanas that we took part in during the class, and finish with a mindfulness and goal setting exercise. This is the perfect way to spend an evening inside, and find what feels good with some of the One To World community!
