You might have visited the Upper East Side of Manhattan, but do you know the history behind this chic neighborhood, also known as "America's Gold Coast" because of its tremendous concentration of individual wealth? William Singer, the Chief Plan Examiner for The City of New York Department of Buildings and an expert in the design and construction of large-scale public facilities, will discuss the history of this neighborhood and points out its many architectural treasures on a private walking tour for international students!

Mr. Singer is very excited to be able to share his knowledge and experience with you!
