Have you been feeling stressed from a long, non-stop academic year? Do you wish you had some helpful tools and strategies to help you get through times when you feel overwhelmed? If so, we hope you will join us for our upcoming event on mindfulness and self-care, led by former One To World Global Classroom Director, Marissa Munn!
Marissa has completed over 350 hours of meditation and yoga teacher training and recently started her own mindfulness business. She is excited to return to our community and share her passion with international students, Fulbright grantees, and friends of One To World!
We spend so much of our lives worried about others and the world around us, rather than on ourselves, which compromises our health and well-being. In this workshop, Marissa will share different self-care and self-compassion practices that are proven to reduce stress and help us effectively manage life’s challenges.
Afterwards, there will be time for networking and socializing over refreshments!
