We are kicking off our Cultural Cuisine series with authentic and delicious Vietnamese food! Meet us at Thanh Hoai in Lower East Side Manhattan to immerse yourself in the tastes of crispy spring rolls, pho, bun, and more!

As a student from Taiwan said, "I would definitely recommend this program! It's a great opportunity to have amazing food and meet new people!" So mark your calendar and come mingle with fellow international students!

This menu has been specifically designed for One To World guests. 

Cac Mon An Choi (Appetizers - Family Style)
Goi Cuon (Summer Rolls): shrimp and vegetables wrapped in rice paper, with peanut sauce on the side
- Goi Cuon Chay (Vegetarian Summer Rolls): vegetables and tofu wrapped in rice paper, with peanut sauce on the side
Cha Gio (Vietnamese Spring Rolls): crispy spring rolls, stuffed with pork and vegetables, wrapped in rice paper and deep-fried
Cha Gio Chay (Vietnamese Vegetarian Spring Rolls): crispy spring rolls, stuffed with vegetables, wrapped in rice paper and deep-fried

Entrees (Choose One)
Pho (Traditional noodle soup cooked in your choice of chicken, beef or vegetable broth, served with bean sprouts, basil leaves and lemon on the side - vegetarian option available)
Ga Nuong: with grilled chicken 
- Suon Nuongwith grilled pork chop
- Xe Lua: with fresh eye of round, brisket, tendon and omosa beef
- Ca Vien: with fish balls

Bun (Rice vermicelli served with chopped lettuce, cucumber, mint leaves, crushed peanuts and fish sauce on the side)
- Cha Gio Thit Heo Nuong: with grilled sliced pork & spring rolls
- Bo Nuong Sa: with grilled beef and lemongrass
- Sau Hu Xao Sa Ot (Vegetarian): with fried soybean cake & lemongrass
- Tom Nuong: with grilled shrimp

Com Dia (Rice plate)
- Bo Luc Lac: with beef cubes
- Muc Xao Sa Ot: with squid lemongrass & chili
- Chien Rau Cai: with fried vegetables 
- Ga Xao Cari: with curry chicken

Dessert (Choose One)
- Che Ba Mau: three types of colored beans and jelly, made with slightly sweetened coconut milk
- Banh Flan: 
sweet egg custard with a layer of caramel sauce

Giai Khat (Drinks - Choose One)
- Da Chanh Tui: lemonade
- Soda Chanh Duong:
sparkling lemonade
- Chanh Muoi: 
pickled lemonade
Soda Xi Muoi: preserved plum soda
- Nuoc Ngot: Coke, 7up, Ginger Ale, Fanta
