Christmas Brunch in an American Home

Event Details

Date: 12/25/17 Cost: $0 Time: 10:00 AM Location: New Rochelle, NY

Are you looking for a place to spend Christmas day? Join one of our lovely hosts in New Rochelle, NY for Christmas brunch in her home with a group of international students and scholars! This is Maggie Bangser's second year hosting students for Christmas. She started inviting students when she just returned to the States after living in East Africa for the past 25 years, so she knows what it's like to be away from home during the holidays. For this reason, she is opening her home on Christmas for anyone that is looking for a place to get together.

She's very excited to welcome a group from around the world into her home, for a day filled with cultural exchange, tasty food
, and great conversation. Maggie is a vegetarian, so she will be preparing a full vegetarian meal for everyone to enjoy. This won't be a religious celebration, so people of all backgrounds are welcomed and encouraged to come, including families with children. Don't miss out on this unique, Christmas experience!
