Urban Canoe Tour through The Bronx

Event Details

Date: 05/20/17 Cost: $25 Time: 9:00 AM Location: The Bronx

Join us as we paddle down the Bronx River for a unique perspective of this diverse borough! The Bronx River Alliance will guide us on canoes through the Bronx River Forest and the Botanical Gardens as we learn about the role the river plays as one of Manhattan's largest natural resources. We will end our tour at the famous Bronx Zoo, so if you want to continue the fun and explore the zoo, you can do so after we say goodbye.

And don't worry, we will also start with an instructional overview, so no prior canoeing experience is required!

Please Note: only children 8-years old and over will be permitted on this excursion.
